With South Africa’s sweetheart variety of Chenin Blanc as our muse, our Thistle & Weed portfolio is a curated showcase of three Single Origin versions of Chenin Blanc from Paarl, Swartland and Stellenbosch, producing three different expressions from three very special terroirs.

Our biodynamic Cabernet Franc from Stellenbosch is a stand-alone single red variety that highlights the potential of this compelling black grape variety.

Our two blends, a Cape White blend called Khakibos and a red blend called Nastergal, are inspired by the wines of Portugal and reflect our dedication to using more drought-resistant varieties in our ever-changing climate.
